Meet Coach Stevie

Hello! I'm Stevie Johnson, founder of Coach Stevie Fitness

I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2016 and a Certified PN1 Nutritionist since 2019. I am also a competitive powerlifter and have loved that since 2021. I pioneered the personal training class at Snow College in 2018 and really enjoy teaching my students how to be the best personal trainers in the industry.

I truly love working with women who want to become stronger, get toned, and love their bodies for what they can do. I love to educate my clients on how to work with their bodies during their menstrual cycle and use it to their advantage with their training. To me, there is nothing better than seeing a woman discover how strong she truly is and step into that physical and mental strength in every aspect of her life.

I love showing women that they can be strong AND feminine.

I believe that fitness goals and nutrition goals go hand in hand. You could do well totally focusing on one and not the other, but I know that you will reach your goals faster by combining them. That's why I offer just one package.

Beginner Powerlifter $150/month

Have you wanted to try powerlifting but aren't sure where to begin? Let me help you! With this package, we'll cover all the bare-bones basics of powerlifting. I can help you get started by picking a federation, helping you understand the rules and lingo, and finding the equipment that works best for you.
